Calculation guide
Unit pricing reduces every compatible package to the same measurement base. Weight is normalized to grams, liquid volume to milliliters, and count-based products to the selected count unit.
Unit price = final package price / normalized package quantityApply any coupon or discount first, then enter the amount you would actually pay.
Pounds, ounces, kilograms, and grams can be compared as weight. Gallons, fluid ounces, liters, and milliliters can be compared as volume.
Only compare like dimensions. A price per gram cannot be meaningfully ranked against a price per milliliter or per item.
Worked example
The first option costs $0.006 per gram. The second costs $0.005 per gram after 1 kg is converted to 1,000 g.
